The challenge
The brief was to grow sales without letting acquisition economics slip. Scaling an electronics catalogue is unforgiving: margins are thin, the category is price-transparent, and buyers comparison-shop across search and social before committing. That puts the pressure on which campaigns get the budget, which creatives run, and which products the traffic lands on — because at this margin profile, a scale-up that halves return is worse than no scale-up at all.
The strategy
Campaign analysis
The account was reviewed across both platforms together rather than one at a time, because Google Ads and Meta Ads reach overlapping demand — Google captures people already searching for the product, Meta creates the demand that sends them searching. Reading them as one system shows where budget is being spent twice on the same person and where campaigns are bidding against each other for the same impressions.
Creative and offer testing
Creative was tested before any budget shifted behind it, and winning creatives were distributed across different audience segments with different angles and offers rather than repeated to the same people. This is the standard process used on every account — test first, distribute deliberately, never show the same ad to the same persona twice.
Budget allocation
With the total budget fixed, every additional pound going to a winning campaign had to come out of a losing one. Allocation moved toward the campaigns and products carrying the account rather than being spread evenly across everything running.

Key takeaway
Gross sales grew 40% to EGP 3.65M in a single month, on 860 orders and 149.2K sessions. The lever was treating Google Ads and Meta as one acquisition system instead of two: Google captures the demand that already exists for a given product, Meta creates the demand that sends people searching in the first place, and reading them together shows where budget is being spent twice on the same customer. From there it is the standard process — test creative before scaling spend behind it, distribute winners across segments with different angles so campaigns stop competing for the same impressions, and move budget toward the products and campaigns actually carrying the account.
